Return policy (for purchases direct from Smooch)

Not happy? Return your product within 14 days for a full refund. This doesn’t work if you have accidently bought the wrong product. EG: shampoo for dry hair and you meant to get shampoo for oily hair.  Please feel free to ask questions first. We’re here to help.

In the case of a replacement product we may not be able to supply this if we are no longer stocking that product or if it had been advertised as a special and there was limited stock.
