My Story and Why I Bought One

At 42 I went through early menopause and one side effect from that is Osteoporosis - oh what joy! I had always been strong and flexible until I wasn't. I went from having a left and a right knee to a good knee and a bad knee.

I couldn't sit on my knees and could hardly bend one knee anymore. Only after 3 times on the P90 I can now bend, kneel and don't have to use my hand to support moving my knee anymore.
