These handmade New Zealand Rimu Smooch knives are made especially for us in Nelson by Nigel the 'Woodman' 

Smooch has been made as natural as possible so we don't add any stabilisers or emulsifiers which give the product the same consistency. When we did try to use them we didn't get the results that we do now. So it was a no brainer really. 

We don't add any markup on these beautiful knives, they're just there because we like to support a New Zealand craftsman rather than buying something mass produced (A little bit of Kiwi in every knife), which is why we only ship them for free when you purchase another Smooch product.
